Refund policy

Qualidepth sells digital products that are delivered by download immediately after purchase. This policy explains when a refund is available.

Before you download

If you have not accessed your download link, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase for any reason. Email me, and I will process it.

After you download
Because these files are downloadable and cannot be returned, sales are final once the download link has been accessed.
There is an important exception. If your files do not arrive, do not open, or are materially not what the product page described, contact me within 14 days of purchase, and I will either fix the problem or refund you in full. You do not have to argue for this — if the product did not do what it said it would, you get your money back.

Free products
The CQA Readiness Diagnostic is free. Nothing is charged, so there is nothing to refund.

Revisions and access
Products you buy are yours permanently. If I issue a corrected or expanded revision of a product you have already purchased, you receive it at no additional cost.

What these products are not
These are study tools. They do not guarantee an examination result, and no refund is available on the basis of an examination outcome. Every item is original practice material written from published standards and auditing practice — no real examination content is reproduced.
The reference materials point to clause numbers and topics. They do not reproduce the text of any standard, so you will need your own licensed copies of ISO 19011 and ISO 9001.

How to request a refund
Email manufacturingqaqc@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the problem. I aim to respond within two business days.
