These terms govern your purchase and use of products from Qualidepth (qualidepth.com).
What you are buying
Qualidepth sells digital study tools for professional certification preparation, delivered as downloadable files. Nothing physical is shipped.
Licence
When you buy a product, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own study. You may install and use your files on any devices you personally own.
You may not redistribute, resell, share, publish, or upload the files or their contents, in whole or in part, to any person, website, file-sharing service, study group repository, or course platform. Each licence covers one individual.
If you need multiple licences for a team or training programme, contact me, and I will arrange it.
Original content
All practice items, explanations, reference entries, and decision flowcharts are original works, written from published standards and from professional auditing practice. No content is reproduced from any live examination, and no content is copied from any other preparation provider.
Clause references identify where a topic is addressed within published standards. No text from any standard is reproduced. You are responsible for obtaining your own licensed copies of any standards you need.
No guarantee of results
These products are study aids. They do not guarantee that you will pass any examination, and no representation is made about your likely result. Practice scores are not predictive of examination outcomes.
Content is provided for educational purposes and does not constitute professional, legal, or regulatory advice. Grading definitions for audit findings vary by scheme, and you should apply the criteria of your own scheme.
Accuracy
Materials are prepared carefully, but standards are revised, and bodies of knowledge change. If you find an error, please report it, and I will correct it and reissue the product to existing purchasers at no charge.
Availability
Files work offline once downloaded and do not expire. Download links are provided by email after purchase. If you lose your files, contact me, and I will resend them.

CQA, CQT, ASQ, and related marks are the property of their respective owners. ISO and the names of individual standards are the property of the International Organization for Standardization. Qualidepth is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ASQ or ISO. These marks are used only to describe what the products are for.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability arising from your use of these products is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your purchase.
