CQA Complete Kit — exam, reference system, decision flowcharts
Four files that solve the ways people lose this exam: not knowing the material, not finding it fast enough, freezing on scenario questions, and running out of new material before real pacing sets in.
1. Mock Exam — 141 items, timed
A full-length sitting with flagging, section scoring and pace feedback. Includes 8 case-study clusters — a scenario stem with five linked questions each. Explanations on every item.
2. Mock Exam — Set B, 165 items, timed
A second, entirely separate exam — no item repeats the first. Rebalanced to the current CQA Body of Knowledge (effective April 2026): five sections, weighted the way the real exam now weights them, plus four new case-study clusters covering hybrid and remote auditing, situational judgment, and sampling. Between the two exams: 306 items, zero repeats. Available only in the Complete Kit.
3. Open-Book Reference System
The piece nobody else sells. 75 searchable entries mapping topics to clauses in ISO 19011 and ISO 9001 — plus a flag on every one telling you whether to look it up or know it cold.
That flag is the whole point. Candidates lose this exam looking up things that are not in the standards at all. Search "supplier", "calibration", "opening meeting" or "Pareto" and you get either the clause or the instruction to stop hunting.
Includes a printable tab set organised by clause block rather than page number, so it survives a different printing of the standard, and a three-pass pacing plan with time checkpoints.
4. Audit Decision Flowcharts
Seven scenario decisions walked to a defensible outcome with the clause behind each one:
- Classify what you found
- Someone tells you something
- The auditee disputes your finding
- You find an immediate risk
- Can this corrective action be closed?
- Should I take this assignment?
- The audit cannot run as planned
Outcomes are colour-coded — proceed, hold, stop — and every branch prints as an outline for study.
Why the reference system matters most
The CQA is open book, and roughly 40% of candidates still fail it. That is not a knowledge problem. It is a retrieval problem: 1.7 minutes per item does not allow free lookups through untabbed standards. Every other prep product sells you more questions. This one fixes the thing that actually costs you the exam.
Format
Four HTML files. Open in any browser on any device. No account, no subscription, no expiry, and they keep working with no internet connection. Yours permanently, including any revision issued later.
You will need your own licensed copies of ISO 19011 and ISO 9001 — the reference system points you to clauses, it does not reproduce standard text. You would need them on exam day regardless.
Every item is original, written from published standards and auditing practice. No real exam content is reproduced.
